35 New Broad Street
The proposals, designed by Make Architects, will sensitively transform 35 New Broad Street into one of London’s most ambitious retrofit projects. By retaining the existing structure and historic facades, the scheme will significantly reduce embodied carbon, deliver additional high-quality office space through a new extension, and create a new cultural offering and public realm enhancements in support of the City of London Corporation’s Destination City vision.
